Unbelievable customer service!! Moving is always stressful but Savannah made our day go above and beyond our expectations! We unloaded a U-haul into a U-box and she made sure everything was ready for us, we were even able to return the U-haul truck at the same location which saved us so much time. Employee on-site was very friendly and professional and made the drop off of my reservation very easy.

We rented moving pods to bring items from Ohio pod was nice delivered with care and this was the drop off and pick up very friendly and quick service. Very thorough with necessary info. We would use them again

Your general manager, Ms. Savannah Yazolino, is always the consummate professional. She is attentive, courteous, and very patient. Associating with her has always been the high point of my experience with U-Haul. I will continue to use U-Haul for all my hauling and towing needs, and I hope to see Ms. Yazolino when I do.
