U-Haul Storage of Ferndale

I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to my move for a box truck. They called me at 5pm the night before my 8am pickup time to tell me they were cancelling my reservation. No offering a different truck, no apology, just we have to cancel your reservation bye. Luckily Penske was able to secure me a truck, and at a cheaper cost.

They were understaffed, rude, and not helpful whatsoever. We literally had to ask that they physically check to confirm whether or not our storage, which was supposed to be included with the booking, was correct and they couldn't quite grasp getting off their butt to go check after the confusion with the booking. They eventually were rude and exclaimed,'we won't be booking you in the future' after it was THEIR screw up that caused all of the hassles. Incidentally, we ended uphaving to rent the appropriate storage nearby due to poor management. Would not recommend whatsoever. I'd give zero if I could. Beware!

No dock or ramp. Too much headache
