The store manager has been wonderful helping my wife and I with our situation regarding our storage unit and helping us being able to keep all our stuff we own. We appreciate everything she had done to help us out.

Licensed driver renting their equipment blew off our passenger side mirror. Upon filing an insurance claim we learned they are not covered under the insurance policy they claim they have!

Review:
Worst Uhaul location. Horrible customer service. Will not be using them again. Rented us a 10’ truck, immediately when we arrived to our location and started packing things in, we went to turn on the truck again and the battery was dead. Had to wait and let the truck run for about 30 minutes, while we waited for them to come fix it. Then after, price gouging when I was told by again, the WORST customer service, that mileage wouldn’t be a problem because it was left to sit and run. No effort to fix things on their end. DONT RECOMMEND.
