U-Haul Storage of Joplin

I reserved a storage room online. I checked in with the help of front desk staff a few days later and they assigned me a storage room. When I went in, I recognized that the assigned room was occupied and locked with a safe key. When I came and informed same to the front desk staff they reimbursed the charged amount. Next day morning, they once again charged me (autopay) for a non-existing room from the credit card saved in their system. I requested for refund but the front desk told me they accept it was a mistake, however they do not know how to refund. They suggested me to contact their GREAT manager Schuyler and his reply more disgusting: My staff should have removed you from autopay before they cancel the booking. Now he cannot do anything and even talk he talked with his manager(and he is also helpless). What a joke! This place is horrible and their manager SCHULYER is laughing stock. Stay away from this scam behavior.
