U-Haul Storage of Lake Oswego

I have used another U-Haul location in Tigard for years. But due to the proximity of my errand for the rental chose this location. I will return here for any U-Haul needs I have. The staff was wonderful. The hours of operation are great. Whole experience was a 10 out of 10!

Location is fantastic. Clean and secure. The drive in building is great during all kinds of weather. The staff are all 5 star in my book. The new general manager is doing an outstanding job.

We have rented and returned to this location as few times. The staff have been kind, friendly, and helpful each time we have been here. It is also clean and organized inside as well.

Very positive experience, the owner was super helpful, friendly, and professional, would recommend this location without hesitation!

Besides the fact that we needed to have our belongings in storage for over 3 years, storing with this location of U-Haul gave me peace of mind that our units were safe and well looked after. The facility was always clean and the staff were always friendly. The only downside I experienced was that the units didn’t have their own light source, which meant you needed to rely on the hallway lights to see in your units. Those lights were motion activated so they shut off after a certain amount of time. I’d need to go down the hallway to the nearest motion activated sensors to get the light back. Otherwise it was not totally dark, but very dim. I would suggest you keep some camping lights there for when you need extra light. I would not hesitate to rent from them again if needed. (also met my moving guy there, 503Moving… I highly recommend Larry and his guys)
