U-Haul Storage of Lee's Summit

Everything was clean and easy to access my storage.

It was easy to sign up, the fees were clear and it didn’t take long. I also appreciate it isn’t a yearly/month-to-month lease, and I can check out when I need to. The facility was well taken care of. It felt like joining a fancy gym but without the high price tag!

Staff is great, units are great however I would appreciate if there was at least a 48 -72 hour free change of unit policy in place as sometimes you misjudge the size unit you need. Other than that great place.

I really like the facilities and the carts provided. The design is unlike any storage facility I have ever seen. To be able to drive inside is amazing. The only negative was the ever-rising cost of renting. It became very cost prohibitive to rent there.
