The lady behind desk was very quick and sweet. The service was perfect. She had us out of there in no time. I did make reservations and fill out paperwork the night before.

Excellent customer service. Noah was very professional and handled multiple customers simultaneously. We rented a 5x10 inside unit. The facility is clean and secure. They even have carts to assist getting your stuff to your unit.

You guys need to get that alarm issue fixed. I'm starting to regret buying this house, since I hear that alarm several times a day, every single day. I can't sit outside and enjoy my property without listening to the alarm, it's getting really old. Every day since May, and I'm sure it's gone on long before then. No one is breaking in that often, that alarm is unnecessary and annoying as hell. Seriously, fix it.
