I rented from U-Hail in Lima, Ohio. I received great service at the desk both when I rented AND when I returned the vehicle. The 20-foot truck ran great, it was clean, and I would recommend this location to anyone with a short trip like I had!

Review:
The location was easy to access with a moving van. Directions to drop were easy to follow. Staff came out and checked it in within a few moments of pulling in to the drop off spot. Staff was very friendly.

Review:
Rented a motorcycle trailer for the day, was returned by 830am less than 24 hr rental and got charged for 2 full days. Definitely earned their 1 star
