U-Haul Storage of Lima

These people are terrible. When I went in to pay for my rental that I had scheduled weeks ago, their system would not take credit cards. After 5 attempts, we were forced to pay cash, and then they give us a vehicle that had the Check Engine Light on and it barely had any gas in it. Don't use this branch of U-Haul

When I picked the truck up the first round of employees were nice and helpful. But when I returned the truck, I experienced the worst young group of employees. Truck was dispatched to me with an 1/8 tank of gas so I brought it back at an 1/8 tank and I owe them to a 1/4! Not to mention the bed was dirty as can be and I had to go search for the truck I was renting, not much help at all from employees.

I’m being charged AGAIN and only God knows why! U-Haul has charged me twice for two different amounts without an explanation.

There was roaches in the box truck we rented . A 26 foot one from lima ohio. Now we have roaches on all our belongings. And babies were just found in my bed this morning. I found a huge live one crawling one one of my boxes in the truck!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! from now on I will use a two feet and take a million trips through the desert before I use your company again. A complaint has been made already with a claim. I think I should be fully reimbursed. I'm putting it on every platform. And I have picture evidence!
