U-Haul Storage of Lima

My car was stranded 3 states over and I needed a truck that could pull a vehicle trailer 400 miles. Lima U-Haul was part of the process and the boys helping me at the counter were great. My reservation was pushed to Toledo since they didn't have the trailer, but they were not only able to take the reservation and get me the truck, they were able to locate a trailer within an hour's drive and waive the mileage for me to pick it up. My only note is that the truck was pretty beat-up, but smaller cities need to work with what stock they have and any truck is better than none. Thank you so much!

Truck served it's purpose fine but had a check engine light on the entire drive. Location had a serious bug problem - had cockroaches crawling on the counter and the manager was quite angry with his boss because he was told that he had to keep the store open anyway. Get your act together!

Using the app quick and easy. The drive was smooth from Nebraska to Ohio. Drop off was a breeze.

The guy who helped me was very nice. The process was fast and easy.
