Easy to use

The moving truck was full of glass and nails in the back. Apparently no one bothered to check despite it saying a $ 25 cleaning fee!
The sign said stay in truck and someone would come out and check you in- well NO ONE DID! Had to go in and find only one person working with a line.

I had the employee on staff that day hook up the trailer to my pickup truck, wanting to make sure that it was done properly. Unfortunately, it wasn't. When I was attempting to get onto the on-ramp for US30, the trailer popped off of the ball hitch and was bouncing back and forth behind the pickup truck. The only thing that saved the trailer from being damaged was the safety chains were put on properly. I am very lucky that the traffic behind me had already kept a clear distance from me.

Ease of pickup and drop off

Had a hitch installed. Ordered and scheduled online. Simple and easy.

An underside panel was returned to me under the pretenses that it could not be attached without major modification. After doing some research before the installation, I knew that the panel should be able to be put back no-problem, but I elected to try and put back on myself. Took about 20 minutes, but I had to crawl on my back in the grass when they could of easily put it on themselves. Simple bolt-on job.

Hitch works fine, is sturdy, and well attached. Know what you want and do a little googling yourself.
