Went to this location to rent a Uhaul. I was moving within my current city, didn't need the Uhaul very long, just one day. Reserved it for 11 am, at 1230pm. I'm still waiting to get my Uhaul. Called multiple times, at 1130, I was told they needed to verify me, and an hour later still waiting. Moving is already stressful. To add this on top of an already long day is not what anybody needs. I had people that were coming to help me move, which I had to postpone. Suggestion: Don't rent from here when there is not a physical person present. I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly because so far, trying to move my 19 year old daughter has been extremely stressful when it should be an exciting time!

Just rented a unit and it was as easy as can be from the online reservation to drop off. The guy working behind the counter was super nice too!
