U-Haul Storage of Menomonee Falls

Clean storage facility but make sure that you pay before you get locked out. There were so many units that were tagged and locked out. They have carts available to use for free. There was a strong smell of pesticides which is good and bad.

I gave them 4 stars 4 years ago, but now I am changing it to 2 stars. The place has really gone down hill! Things don't work many of the times (gates and door openers) and when you have a problem, there is no one that answers the buzzers to reply. We got stuck in the inside gated area and couldn't get out and no one would answer the buzzer to open it for us. We had to call my son for the secret code before we could finally get out. This hasn't just happened once or twice, but about every other time we go there, there is something that isn't working and needs to be fixed.
