Bad customer service and add extra charges for no reason I wouldn’t recommend

My daughter recently rented a U-Haul and I was gonna pay for it with my card but their machine rejected my card so we used Cash.three weeks later they charge my card a fee when we pay with cash the account was in my daughter name, but they come charging. My card got a whole different name islike the machine be saying that it rejects your payment,but they keep your card information stored in their system and if anything occurred, they charges you instead of the other person instead of them emailing the person that got the account they charge the next person which is spamming if you asked me gotta watch that you know they’ll use your card for their own personal game
