Parley and Josh were extremely helpful and made renting a van super easy. I was very late for my appointment slot and they not only soothed my frazzled nerves but helped me check out the van and grab the keys in no time. Even after I had returned by rental they made sure I was save while getting all my belongings into my own car. Uhaul has truly struck gold with these incredible and caring employees. This is the Uhaul location you want to use if you have a choice. Sometimes you just get lucky and have a customer service experience that restores your faith in humanity and I’m that lucky lady.
