Zachary was helpful as was the Assistant manager. Unfortunately Jeremiah and the manager were not understandable or helpful to my situation.

For context: I rented a truck Friday evening & accidentally left my purse in it. Quickly I realized this and my husband stopped by Saturday morning to see what they could do. In between Friday night and Saturday morning-they rented it out and did not clean it out. Hence, leaving my purse in it for the next renters. When I approached them to call the next renters about the purse, they were clearly not prioritizing the urgency. I had to go in person to get them to call the folks. Unfortunately when the truck was returned, the purse was not in it. Leading me to have to report it to the police as stolen. The manager wouldn’t allow them to give the police the number of the renters which would make this process much easier.

I highly recommend using a different moving agency in Moscow if you need to move things.

I arrived at the store at exactly 8pm after driving from Seattle. The 'Open' sign was still lit as we pulled up to the door. Two workers were still in the store. I asked them for my truck but they refused. They said I had to use the lock box. The message I got said that it was not available for my order. This meant not being able to get the truck until the next morning. You rented my reserved truck Friday night. When I returned to the store on Saturday, I was offered a box truck. I am VERY displeased and should at least get the $50 offered for not having the truck I reserved.

Great service both on pickup and return!!! Truck was clean and well maintained.
Very easy to drive and handled great.

Service was horrible. They overcharged me for late fees even though I turned it in 3 hours before the due time. They charge bullcrap fees for fake problems they make up.

Overcharged me ..jeremiah was very rude. It says $19.95 per day in town. He said initial extra $20 was for mileage, I didn't even go 11 miles. And I put in $10 gas, jerk charged us over $60..
