U-Haul Storage of Moscow

I am very disappointed by the service provided. I did try to remedy it directly with U-haul, but was repeatedly talked down to, ignored, and told that everything I had to say was just 'hearsay' (Although, at the beginning of all the calls with u-haul it says that they are recorded, and I did remind them of that). I felt like i was being bullied for their mistake.
The impression I received was that they find customers to be an inconvenience and that they don't care about anything outside of money. I highly recommend utilizing a different company for your move if you are in Washington or North Idaho.

There, Zachary is very nice and tries to help; Geremiah (or close to this name) is completely the opposite and very stubborn.

When I rented a truck, the fuel gauge was lower than what was shown on the contract. Zachary understood and said that somerimes happens and it's okay.

When I return the car, I filled it to the same amount that when I picked up, but Zachary had left and the guy Geremiah was too stubborn to understand that the fuel amount on the contract was not accurate. I asked him to call Zachary to confirm what I was saying, but he refused and charged me for the fuel.

I filed a complaint and am waiting for their response.

Can’t move cross country or even within the state! Expected me to return the truck to this location and charged me $800 because I returned it to another U-Haul! Didn’t tell me that and I couldn’t find it in my contract until after I got a “promissory note” telling me so!

This is the worst equipment I've ever rented.
The door is broken and wont roll up all the way. I have a bruise all the way across my back to prove it.
And almost half the lights don't work... this location is failing their maintenance program if they even have one.

Rude people here. Never in a hurry. If you ask a question you get a snotty response from a woman there. As u-haul place I’m sure there’s plenty of other places to go.. I’ll never use this one again or come back here.
