U-Haul Storage of Moscow

I rented a uhaul and specifically asked what to do if I needed it longer. I was told to just give a call and extend it. When it came time to do this I was told it was rented to someone else. This causing us to be truckless for half of our move, with zero idea how we are gonna move it. The guy in charge was rude about it and zero customer service was done to fix it. Absolutely do not recommend doing business with them.
