This place is a mess. The lack of professionalism that happens at this business is comical. Watching the two men behind the counter can only be described as the 2/3 of the Three Stooges. Running around exasperated while helping one customer. Easily overwhelmed and comes off rude when answering questions. That’s if the customer can even get their question out before Larry or Mo cuts them off. I watched these individuals tag team one customer at a time, all while they both squabbled like an old married couple. I went there to pick up an item I accidentally left in a truck, and they acted like I asked for their first born. Then they proceeded to tell me the item was no longer there (even though I tried multiple different times to retrieve the item). After asking to speak to the manager, they then stated they had to look at the tapes? Apparently they moved the item out of a locked office and over by the counter? Then after 20 minutes of them badgering me for not coming sooner (again, tried before and was told it was locked in the managers office) the item magically appeared right in front of the individual “looking at the tapes”.

Misplacements happen, and if they were calm and respectful to me, I would not have written this review… I use Uhaul often for my business, at this point I will never go to that location again. Call me a Karen, but the unprofessionalism needs to be addressed.

Clean and secure. Easy to get to.
