U-Haul Storage of New Port Richey

I went to my storage yesterday and a lot of my things are covered in mold including my dining table and chairs. I went to the front office to ask what the benefit was between having a climate controlled storage and a traditional. I was told well its Florida, its hot and better for your things to be in the ac. I told the employee a lot of my things are covered im mold. And she said, 'well its florida'. I asked so why am I paying over 200 a month for a climate controlled unit. She said well in the heat your furniture will bend, its florida, mold will grow. My parents have always kept furniture in there garage and its never bent and its also never grown mold. I was told i could see if insurance will help.
