U-Haul Storage of North Dorchester

The assistant manager wouldn't let us use the dumpster to throw away a small amount of trash (pallette shown was already there). He told us it would be 50 dollars, so we asked for the manager and he laughed, retrieved the manager, and the manager said it would be 100 dollars. A different uhaul customer had to take pity on us and took our box with them to save us from being fleeced. Additionally, the same assistant manager told me insurance on the unit was mandatory until I pushed back and then he said it's not. The implication here is that he's being shady with his upsells. The girl at the desk was great, as was the employee who helped us park the truck. The assistant manager and the manager, however, should be ashamed of themselves.

My favorite part was the section where we were able to just pull up and return the truck/trailer with out having to go inside. It was awesome ?

Everything was fine. Great customer service, in and out timely manner. No issues with picking up or dropping off vehicle. Overall satisfied with service.
