I returned a trailer for transporting a car from one state to another. When returning the trailer, they accused me of damaging the chain! Although this chain was already worn out when I took the trailer! There should be a rubber retainer on the hook, as in the instructions! This rubber retainer is not a people's chain! Therefore, the chain can easily fly off and they will blame you for this! I am writing another experience, I rented a cart and it was all beaten up and one light did not work, this is a violation! Apparently the company saves on repairs and only collects money and blames people for this! I am not happy with this company!!! Be careful when you rent some things!
