U-Haul Storage of North Seattle

DO NOT RENT HERE. They charged me for a full day extra of renting a van, did not disclose it to me, and refused all contact when I tried to get it adjusted. I followed their after hour check in procedure, but they marked the return as being at 6:30am the next day, and charged me double everything. Then refused to return any calls, emails, or talk to me in person. Ended up having to dispute via my credit card. WILL NEVER come back here.

Called to extend my reservation, was told it would cost an additional $29.99, got charged for an additional $59 and they refused to work with me to fix the issue. Now I'm forced to pursue this with my bank since I essentially got charged double what I'm supposed to. Avoid this location at all costs!

Weekend line is at least 40 minutes long. Computers are often down. Waited today for propane. The front desk told me to wait by the pump, but a staff member did not show up after 15 minutes.

I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, equipment, vehicles, and such. A bit pricey on the mileage, but rather than that the whole experience was awesome ?. Has been repeat customer to now and from now on too!
