Online reservation made it easier to get the van I rented, excellent service and no issues with the van at all. I've been using this location for years when I move, and have no complaints!

I've rented a bunch of Uhaul before from several different locations and it was my first time at this one. I was really frustrated...

They tried to charge me $50 for gas when I returned it with MORE than it had. When I picked it up, I told the staff that it only had half a tank and that I'd bring it back with the same amount of gas. I took a photo of it at pickup as proof.

When I returned it after driving only 30mi I again told them: I picked it up with half a tank and I brought it back with half a tank. I was checked out and the employee told me I'd get an email receipt, which showed up in my inbox about 15min later since they were busy with a few other trucks that had just been returned.

I had to call customer service and they gave me a hard time, even when I emailed a photo to them with a very obvious time stamp. I also told him: how could I have possibly used half a tank in 2hr and 30mi??

Go somewhere else where you won't have to deal with a headache like this

They Always help you out as quick as possible and have your truck ready for as soon as you walk out. Plus they are really nice positive vibes I will always use Uhaul Rental services.

These people are the dumbest you will ever meet. I rented 1 truck and they are continuously charging me for 2 even weeks later. It has been a constant battle back and forth with the location and customer service, each blaming one another. Not to mention the countless inaccurate withdrawals to my account while I was moving didn't help. Go elsewhere!
