This location charged me for 5 gallons of gas in addition to the 9 I put in to refill it to the level it was at when I picked it up. I didn't take photos because I wasn't expecting to be hustled, but I guess that's on me. Needless to say I won't be renting or returning to this location again.

I had a great experience with this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and renting a truck was a breeze!

there were a few issues with this location:

1. I called multiple times over Sunday and Monday at various hours to try to let the staff know that I needed the trailer by a day, but no one picked up.
2. I dropped off the trailer at around 2:30 PM, during business hours on Monday. One of the staff helped me unhook. Today, I was charged after-hours drop off fee of $20 erroneously. I called again and was told that the manager will call back and remove this charge.
