I called and asked for rates on a tow dolly and was given rude service. I asked if prices for two days would be double the rate for one day or if there was different rates. Before I could finish that question she interrupted saying “ yup that’s how math works”.
What type of business are you running where you can speak down to people like that?

I got the worst service from the leader of the house GM Amberrae Smith. I went in for a unit and she was very confrontational and snappy. I was the bigger person and walked out. All bad. No thanks Uhaul
