Great service and excellent customer care

worse customer service I was uncomfortable around the rudest person I have ever met. Since my dad struggles with his English, I went in with him and brought my son along. When I told the woman working the front desk that I did not like her attitude, she responded, with 'This is all I got.' Despite the fact that we do require the service, I ultimately had to cancel. My child cannot witness us being treated disrespectfully in any way, and I will never go back. Do better U-haul

Fred and Amber Rae are both so amazing. We have used the facility to store our items, and we used their trailers. We’ve moved cross country and we are doing it again. They’ve been so wonderful and so helpful in our transitions and travels back and forth. We appreciate them so much!
