I called several locations and couldn’t anyone help me until I called the one on short cut road and Mrs Rebecca Neely was very sweet and got me in a truck in no time she is a very pleasant person and I will be back thank you Rebecca

Sheena is the manager and she goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her customers! This sweet lady really cares about her customers and that means everything to me!! I went there for two different services. The last visit was for them to install trailer lights on my car to hook up to my jet ski. The girl that was doing the work was very slow and then she had to leave to go to her other job. Sheena said, I’m going to go out there and finish it myself and you’ll be out of here very quickly!! She was correct! She finished quickly and she checked over the job the other girl that was working on it did and found a technical problem and corrected it for me!! This girl multitasks and runs that place very well!!! UHaul, she deserves a HUGE RAISE!!! Pay her well so you don’t lose her!!! I have great respect for this kind lady!!! Great Job Sheena!!!

DO NOT do business with this location...ever! I rented a 20' truck and was upsized to a 26'. After picking it up and putting $92 worth of fuel in it, the check engine light came on and I had to return the truck. I was told that I would be reimbursed...never happened. I was then given a 15' truck (because they didn't have a 20') but I was still charged for the 26' truck ($20 more). I emailed the store and never received a response. I emailed U-Haul corporate and they couldn't resolve the issue either. They still owe me $112 + tax, which I have no false belief that I will ever see. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Sheena Castanha and the Pascagoula U-Haul!
