Review:
Dirty vehicle, broken and inop wipers, missing inside door handle, no reverse lights. Graffiti drawings in the dirt on the inside of the windshield. was told vehicle had 1/4 tank and to return with such. It was NOT at 1/4 tank.I drove 26 miles and I had to buy $30 in fuel to get to 1/4 tank.
The process went well. The location was fine. Quick and easy. Vehicle experience was terrible.

N/A, no improvement needed. Best experience bar none. Just a compliment. Melissa Turner Vooge, U-Haul Moving Center General Manager was Extremely helpful and assisted us BIG time with the car dolly system. Nothing is beneath her, and she gave my wife excellent instructions on how to drive up the car dolly always with SAFETY in mind. She has the car dolly system down to a P (perfection). 5-star rating and would use their service again.
