Poor attitude of front desk personnel and absolutely no care for customers. They would rather be on their phone than helping customers.
Don’t waste your time. Find another location!

Review:
The truck was terrible!
I rented on a Monday and we had an ice storm the following day so we couldn’t use the rental pretty much at all that day in fear of the ice. We made 2 -3 trips the following day and had to bring it back a couple hours late because of weather.
I received my bill and it’s more than what I was told it would be. From now on, I’ll rent from Penske or another more reputable company!

Review:
Service was horrible. We walked in and they told us they did not have a truck for us. We contacted this location the day before and was reassured that we were good to go. When we told this to the lady behind the desk her response was ' I work weekends, I don't know what you were told' This is the 2nd time we have had an issue at this location. Thank goodness we will never be back in that area again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....
I got on the phone myself and found another location 20 miles away that could and did help us out
