U-Haul Storage of Southwest Beloit

Great experience

I'm not too happy with them I've been with them for many years now and this last time that I went with them their secure gate has been broke open and there's garbage all over the place now I've always felt safe going there but when I have to go there and pick something out of my storage unit at night I feel very unease there's somebody's watching me or something then they keep sending me a notice on my Gmail indicating that I owe him money for a storage fee coming on the 18th which I don't I canceled already way back on the 6th I was out on the 6th I canceled on the 6th I told them that I would not be in there anymore but yet they're still on a daily basis sending me a billing indicating that they're going to automatically take out $50 for my checking account for something that I'm not even using I'm very disappointed that I'm and I highly doubt I will go back to them

You know how u-haul is... overpriced, but they own every storage facility in town so what are you gonna do ?‍♂️
