U-Haul Storage of Swoyersville

Absolute WORST! ZERO customer service and they NEVER answer their phone. I've called every day for 10 days and NOT ONCE did they ever pick up the call .. every single time it was forwarded to the national reservations line. Not even customer service - the reservation line, where they cannot assist with issues. I then have to call the customer service line and WAIT and WAIT until my turn in the que. I've been told this manager will get back to me and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!

Very clean place

I rent a 10x10x8ft storage here. It's a great place 24/7 storage. I love how I can pull my Jeep into one of the garage doors and then be safe behind locked gates while I put my things away. There is no staff at this place, you need to go to the Kingston office on Wyoming ave. to sign your contract but you can book whatever you need on the website or uhaul app. The manager is a very cool chick and so are the workers. Very helpful!!!

I applied for a unit online and made time to go down and look at the unit...it was not what we expected it to be. We never moved anything into this unit and I had asked the girl down their to cancel my booking for this unit and I wanted a full refund for a unit I was not going to be using. Never got a response to this. I went online to process the 'move out' portion of this and they still have failed to cancel the unit. I am growing very impatient with these people and I'll never deal with their self storage again.
