Worst customer service ever I make a reservation come to pick up the trailer giving all the information online and it was approved and they actually have right to decide if they can give you or not the other location don’t do that

Best U-Haul experience ever! The employee who took care of us went above and beyond for my family on our extremely tight schedule.

Only reason the sixth star was mot awarded is to to the fact that i tried to do everything online. The wed site is not user friendly and a few other times i found my self back reviewing what i already reviewed. I website would not process my payment and blamed the card. The one thing that saved the day was the customer service all star that was at the desk. Wish i had his name to mention. This gentleman deserves some recognition for how i was brought back from online frustration to a smiling race again. Movingnis stressfull enough and for the time of check out and being walked directly to my unit to forgot my online experience. My name is dennis larsen i got my unit late afternoon on the 28th if it helps to find this associate. Young guy with kinda curlier hair i think lol. Great job hope he goes far with the company. Thank you
