Absolute definition of terrible customer service... Was called hours before a reservation to be told truck wouldn't be available. Problem was dumped in my lap and she said I could try another location close by. I asked her to help facilitate getting another truck transferred to her location because I had already financially committed to movers that were showing up, and she just hung up on me. Do not give this company your business, they have no respect or sense of service for their customers.
