U-Haul Storage of Umpqua Valley

I rented a $22 trailer from these guys. They took a $60 deposit out of my account leaving me in a deficit and tell me to wait 5 to 7 days for them to refund my money.

Bad Bad Bad! My wife and I have rented here for about 5 years. We came from out of town to get the rest of our stuff out , and I had forgotten my keys. I had done my due diligence by calling you hall and did not get the local station.I was told that I would probably have to maybe get a lock Smith but I have to contact the local station when I did.I asked the question If I could cut my own lock. The guy on the phone told me they would kick me out. I had secured a person to come get the lock cut and when I showed up. They had already locked me out of the storage unit I had paid for.
I have worked with U-hall for many years. Unfortunately, the s is the worst experience I have ever had.I don't recommend this facility.I will make a contact to the owner.And tell i'm so disappointed with the service that I received!
