Very easy to work with over the phone, making payments for storage and buying moving supplies. Staff all friendly and helpful everytime I come in I'm greeted by a smiling face.

The computer system was down upon arrival, the associate who was extremely helpful, got my reservation all checked in on the back up system and made it happen!! I am very grateful and happy with the amazing customer service I received from the assistant general manager (Alyssa I believe?) you don’t get good service very often and she did absolutely wonderful!

Had a trailer hitch installed today. They did a great job. Price was very good. I have rented many times from this u haul location.. Michelle and Crew are the best.
