U-Haul Storage of Westside

This place is the best. I had to reorganize the unit my stuff is in, and it took a few hours, but there is this one lady there every time I've gone, she has glasses and she is great. So while moving stuff around I had quite a few boxes stacked in the hall, and she was doing the floors, bad timing on my part, but she didn't care, she would stop and chat for a second with every pass of the floor cleaner and was just super sweet. She made my chore much easier and is always quite nice any time I have seen her. The place is clean and cared for, when the lights aren't on in hallways sometimes due to inactivity, it is wildly ominous, but isn't that the reason for hallways? Especially identical ones! Anywho, this place is great

If I could give 0 I would. My unit was not cleaned upon move in. I had to move someone else’s luggage and bins out. When I told the office they just said mmm ok nothing else no concern no gurther assistance and
