Avoid these scammers! They illegally charge and con you! Look at 1 star reviews! They have open cases in court for fraud! Go anywhere else or you will be sorry.

Went to pay an overdue cash collection but a magr has to be there jm disabled and had to borrow a car. Was there almost 2 hours b4 I was told clerk didn't have access to those accounts I would have to come back when a magr was on duty. I don't have a car at those times.

I have rented a uhaul truck one time and a trailer another both times the process of the rentals took forever but I get it alot of paper work but the staff was very friendly....well today I went to pay a storage lock I was looking at a 2 hr wait to just pay for a lock they really need more staff!!!

Customer service is horrible. I ordered UBox for a move. I have a confirmation number for a moving company to pick them up and load at my house. I get a call a few days before to confirm my order. I try to call back and get put on hold with uhaul. I can’t get a hold of anyone that the store. The movers show up to pick up the u box’s and they are not ready and they have been waiting 5 hours for them to be ready.
