U-Move Movers

Moved across the U.S and used them. We had a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath in north Sacramento, CA.
1. Tons of my stuff ended up broken/unrepairable. They didn’t take items out of drawers in our hutch, desks, anything that had cabinets and drawers. (Broke most of the items that were them)

2. Broke a desk completely, broke stand up planter for backyard, broke vases and more. Didn’t put our 100” tv screen in a box, completely destroyed it. They stacked so many heavy boxes on top of my kitchen table that it completely broke the base…instead of proper disassembly. My entertainment center was missing shelves…I have no idea where they ended up.
3. They over charged 1.2k and stopped returning emails/phone calls. They didn’t even have a decent way to pay them, we ended up using multiple cash apps to accommodate them. It was ridiculous.
4. They ran out of boxes and just threw our pillows, clothes and other items directly in the back of the trailer. It was everywhere when the trailer arrived. The movers here on the east coast felt so bad and asked us to write a review so it doesn’t happen to someone else!

The movers, Max and David, were timely, professional, organized, prepared & friendly. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again!

Max and Sam at U Move were great they were accommodating, fast and friendly. They took good care of my belongings and were careful and courteous. They stacked everything neatly and expeditiously in my storage unit. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for help with a move, they were a pleasure to work with.

My daughter needed to get out of a abusive relationship and needed to move quick. Max and Sam were quick to help even though it was outside of normal hours. They came and packed up her belongings and even though it took a sheriff to come and tell her boyfriend to leave her alone while she moved her stuff out they were not phased by it. They were professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing really good people to help you move. Thanks so much Max and Sam for all you did to help our daughter and our family! Kudos!!

I recently hired Max for my move and he did a phenomenal job. He did not rush or take shortcuts, but was extremely efficient. He thoroughly wrapped and patted all my furniture and nothing was damaged. Max was also professional and very friendly. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that my belongings were being handled with care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the process of moving.
