Our move from Rhode Island to Georgia went off without a hitch. Every person I dealt with on the phone or in person was professional and courteous. Trailer was delivered on time, and packed by Moving Staffers. It arrived at our destination on time and was unloaded by Moving Staffers in Georgia. Nothing was lost or damaged. I highly recommend U-Pack as an alternative to costly moving companies.

Moved from Cape Cod to FL in the midst of the Christmas holiday period. All contacts and drivers I worked with very very cooperative and helpful. Price was great and all scheduled drop-offs and pick-ups. were as promised, or requested. Actually the 7 day transit time turned into only 3, but they held the trailer till my expected delivery date without question. I couldn't give them a 5, because the ramps provided at both ends were in poor repair - First one had a badly bent top plate that wouldn't lie flat on the trailer floor, plus had a badly bent safety latch system for the center support leg. The other had several cracked and/or missing sections in the ramp surface.

Packing was easier than expected. Better than moving companies as far as prices. I would say people who don't have a ton of stuff would benefit the most.
