U-Pack

Moved back to VT from NC in Feb. Used the Upack cubes to get the stuff north. Cubes landed at ABF and it was snowing. Work started and its still snowing. The crew at ABF was very understanding and accommodating to both the weather and having started a new job the day after I returned.
Great company and a huge thank you to them for not billing me for the snow days. Highly Recommended

I would expect the despatch centers to be a bit flexible to enable customer satisfaction. For me, both origin and destination despatch people were unwilling to deliver the relo cubes at my desired timing. Since, a person has to be present to show the spot for parking, it is important for Upack to give flexibility to the customers rather than despatchers ruling the timings.
For destination, although I was promised on Friday that the relocubes would be delivered by 10 AM morning, they only delivered at noon making things difficult for me.
I will expect flexibility from the despatchers. Only morning is possible is not the recommended timing for everyone.

Great service. On time, courteous and professional. Fantastic communication and transport by ABF freight was flawless. I highly recommend this service to anyone willing to do their own packing/unpacking. You will save lots of $$$!!

The branch manager at ABF was extremely helpful prior to our move, inviting us to visit the terminal, explained how everything worked, offered advice about getting help packing the trailer and making sure everything on his end was as easy as possible. And it was. When we arrived at our destination, the trailer was delivered during the window of time scheduled and promptly disappeared after it was unloaded. I would definitely recommend this method of moving, especially if you have a 'small' load. We had estimated 13 linear feet and the people who came to help pack the trailer got everything in 7 linear feet saving us some money. Very professionally handled throughout the move by all involved.
