I don't have enough good things to say about my U-Pack experience. I was shipping a ReloCube from CT to UT. U-Pack was easy to communicate with and on-time for everything. Shout out to Dynamite Doug for all the help! I scheduled my ReloCube the night before I received it. At 8am the next morning, my empty ReloCube appeared. I had time to properly package and store my belongings before it was picked up and shipped to UT. When I received it on time, everything was in great condition. Mind you, I packed it well (Lots of bubble wrap advised!). I've never experienced moving service like this. Very professional and I loved that you could track every step of where the cube was along its journey. I would recommend and plan to use again. Thanks for the service!

U-Pack did everything expected on time and professionally. This was a coast-to-coast move. We packed a single cube, utilizing every inch of that 6x7x8 container. It arrived in San Diego on time. They stored it for a few weeks till we were ready to move into our new home, and delivered it on the requested date. Happily when I opened that 'can' everything was just as I had packed it. No damage no major shifting. I recommend this service.

We were incredibly impressed with U-Pack! My girlfriend was moving one bedroom from Chicago, IL to Enfield, CT, and the U-Pack representatives were very nice each time we interacted with them. The move took about 5 days, and we weren't charged for having to pick up our stuff a few days after it arrived. The stuff was taken care of, and we really appreciate it! For a small move, they really help!
