U-Pack

I moved from MA to KY. I had a cube dropped off at my place. Everything came on time, was picked up and dropped off on time. Very friendly staff. The empty container was picked up already the next day. Would highly recommend and use it again.

I've moved a lot and it's always a big deal to trust a company to simply do what they promised. If they don't, everything else breaks down. U-Pack did exactly what they promised, had excellent customer service and adapted to my revised schedule. I was able to combine heavy cast iron power tools with delicate glassware and antique furniture in the same container - of course I had to pack it well.

Used UPack for a move from MA to FL. The drivers were excellent on both ends, put the cubes exactly where I wanted them, gave hints about how to pack them.. Cubes arrived two days sooner than I expected, but they were fine holding on to them for a few days while other parts of my life got straightened out.

Highly recommend! I moved from Hartford, CT to Denver, CO with U-Pack and I cannot say enough good things! The pick up and drop off were perfect and my box arrived to Denver earlier than I expected. All my belongings were in perfect condition. The drivers for the pick up and drop off were extremely nice and accommodating. I was very nervous shipping all my belongings but U-Pack was fantastic and made my move a breeze!
