Review:
This is the 3rd time I have used U pack/ABF Freight to move cross country. I moved from Connecticut to Oklahoma and the experience was great. My belongings actually arrived early and U Pack kept everything on the trailer until my scheduled movers could unload it into my new home. Amy was great to work with and she alerted me anytime an issue came up. This is by far the most economical way to move long distance, you will easily save up to 50% of what cross country moving companies charge. I highly recommend U Pack. Dr. Pam Hiti

Review:
I live in Connecticut and wanted to move several household pieces of furniture I to my daughter's home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We rented a small moving pod from U-Pack and we are very satisfied with the service they provided. Everything went smoothly and everything was delivered on time as advertised. Everyone at U-Pack was very friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable.

Review:
U-Pack has been amazing! I had to make three different changes to my reservation moving from CT to SC and they were amazingly accommodating and sweet. I highly recommend this moving service!

Review:
The price was right here, but definitely more difficult to do it yourself. Our only suggestion would be to have one person as the point of contact for consistency. During my time involving the reservation to delivery of good (and all went well) there were still too many people involved in talking to me. It was difficult to make certain the truck would be delivered on time and I had other people booked too to help unload the truck so being late was not an option. While all went off without a hitch, it would have been better to not need to go over the fine details again and again making certain the same conversation was transmitted to the next person I spoke to about the timing and coordination. Other than this, all was great.

Did an out of state move. The process for drop off and pickup can be confusing but customer service and drivers were very professional and willing to accomodate.
