U-Pack

The experience of moving with U-Pack was simply OUTSTANDING!!! I moved from CT to FL with four cubes. From my first phone call to U-Pack to the day they came to pick the empty cubes up in Florida, I was met with professional, courteous and helpful people. The man who came to drop off the cubes in CT, Chris, was unbelieveably nice and efficient and knowledgeable. Same for the driver, Gabriel, who delievered the cubes to our house in Florida! Everything arrived safe and sound and unpacking the cubes was a breeze. Tracking the progress of the cubes with Ellen in the Florida office was great thanks to her understanding and professionalism. With all of the stress that comes with moving, U-Pack gave me peace of mind that my belongings were in good hands! Thank you to the entire U-Pack team!!!

From the first call to get info..to the delivery of the trailer, Perfection!! Every single person I spoke to gave boat loads of info but it wasn't overwhelming. All my questions were answered. Upack provides excellent customer service from the first point of contact to the final delivery of the unit. I was managing this from another state and every step was on time and seamless. The storage moving box that arrived was clean and ready to go, and dropped off in the exact location I requested. The transport people kept me updated on the progress of the travel and the box arrived to my garage door the day promised, with a call from the driver saying he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. Well done.
