UPACK has exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. I rarely review anyone, but when a company provides a superior product at very competitive rates and then backs it all up with responsive customer service willing to help whenever necessary, that deserves a 5 Star + review. Put another way, UPACK is the Trader Joes of the moving world. Friendly and competent people doing what was promised. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I had a great experience with U-Pack for my out-of-state move from Buffalo, NY to CT. I rented a 28 foot trailer for my 3 bedroom house. You pay for 17 feet minimum and then you pay for each additional foot after that, if needed. I wound up using 21 feet. U-Pack customer service was easy to get a hold of and schedule the drop off and pick up of the trailer at both locations and made the process very seamless. The trailer was dropped off and picked up on time at both locations and the drivers were very friendly. When the trailer was dropped off at my initial location, the driver showed me how to open and close the bulkhead and how to set the ramp up. I was also able to track the trailer as it made its way from Buffalo to CT. Took 4 business days total door to door to arrive at my destination. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with U-Pack. Best price that I found when I shopped around. And there was no sacrifice in quality of product/service. I packed and unloaded at a service center on both ends and it was super easy. Loved being able to track my cube as it made its way from CA to CT. Bonus, it arrived earlier than what I was originally quoted!
