U-Pack

We had to move urgently during this difficult time of the pandemic. U-Pack delivered to their promise. They were not the cheapest option but definitely worth it.

U-Pack were awesome on our mothers move from Stamford to Florida. We had delivery to home and then to terminal. The transition was completely painless and both teams were exceptional in their customer assistance. This is the second time using their service and I would highly recommend them. We packed the cube very carefully so that nothing shifted or broke. This was a learning curve from the first move where we only had limited time to pack as it was terminal to terminal. ABF was quite flexible in allowing us to wait several days to unpack as it was pouring rain. All in all a great way to get belongings from point A to B.

Moving cross-country with U-Pack eliminated stress and coordination at every step of the moving process. I was continually impressed with their customer service, friendly and helpful employees, and punctuality. I cannot recommend them enough!

BEST DECISION EVER! After reading about lost containers, mildewed contents and terrible service from reviews of all the other carriers we were hesitant to ship this way at all, but U-Pack had the best reviews so we took a chance. Our move went flawlessly. We shipped two containers from Connecticut to Indiana in just 10 days from start to finish. The containers were sturdy and clean and the contents arrived just as we packed them. Every person we dealt with throughout the process was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I received a call from the driver (Matt) on the receiving end the day before my containers were due, telling me when he would arrive. He was there five minutes early! He was very friendly and placed the containers exactly where we asked him to. After unloading we used the website feature at 11:30 pm to advise the terminal that the container was empty - it was picked up at 8:30 am the following morning! I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Wonderful service from professional people!
