Go big or go home! Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. They actually have customer service reps that answer the phone and give you the exact information you need. I even called at 5am and the guys at the shipping hub answered the phone and took care of me.
Getting a trailer and getting all your contents shipping in one shot worked out great for me. It was a great value and very easy to load. My property was secure and safe the whole time.
The drivers who dropped off the trailer and picked it up both times were very friendly, professional and put the trailer exactly where I needed it. My driveway I was moving from was very tight with a narrow street. The driver got it in my driveway which I didn't think he could do.
Give them a shot and take some stress off your move!

This is the third time I've used U-Pack (to move items from downsizing relatives to Florida). Very easy to schedule, flexible and convenient. I looked into U-Haul and other options first and found U-Pack most affordable and easiest option for me
