U-Pack

Have only great things to say about Upack from start to finish. Extremely professional and helpful all the way. Allows plenty of time to pack. Hit a snag with the truck while packing and they took care of it professionally.

These things do matter at the end of the day. We also ended up calling upack to pickup the truck before we were 100% through with packing and the driver (Bob) who came to pick it up in Woodbridge, NJ was extremely courteous and understanding and he waited till we were done.

They got good people working at the outer ends of the business, including those who operate the truck and those who attend the calls.

Overall a good experience if one is willing to take the effort of packing, loading and unloading your own stuff.

Great experience. Always on time and willing to work with you. Polite and friendly service at a fraction of the cost of a moving company. Provides long periods of time to load and unload at no additional cost. Pods are just the right size. No complaints. Will definitely use again.

All I can say is wow!! Amazing service from the minute we called for a quote to the very end scheduling drop off of our trailer. I was very nervous when moving from NY to Jacksonville from all the moving company horror stories. This company was amazing. Every time we called to ask questions their reps were nothing but courteous and professional. There were no hidden fees and they kept our trailer for a couple days extra until we closed on our house with no extra charge. 5 star service! Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience! ABF U-Pack is the best. They left their trailer in my house in Colorado for 3 business days and brought all my stuff from Colorado to New York. Arriving in New York I needed a couple of extra days to unload their trailer and there was absolutely no problem with them. They gave me 3 business days and said that if I needed more I could just give them a call and they would be glad to give me a few more days extra at no additional cost, and that was so greatly appreciated. Nothing was broken. Their driver was excellent and very responsible. Their customer service is also fantastic. Yes, I do recommend their service. You won’t regret!

I used U-Pack for my move from NYC to Florida. The company is very punctual which I greatly appreciated. My move was a piece of cake thanks to them. Fast, easy, punctual and affordable. Would highly recommend. My items were delivered the same way they came. I had a pod delivered to my home to be packed and then shipped out the same day. Excellent customer services from the customer service representatives to the drivers. Would highly recommend.
