I came to this place to unload my relocube and the people that work are very nice forgot to get the names but both gentlemen made sure to deliver a great customer service!

Well, dont be late for the drop off or else you'll need to wait for the next available day. Even with that, I was overall happy with Upack. I was warned to pack high and tight, which I did but could not make the perfect wall at the end. I did have some of my stuff fall and move around but that wasnt Upack fault. I wish they had another system which give you multiple walls to put up so you can seperate the boxes and furniture.

U-Pack is amazing! I had the smoothest experience moving my stuff across the country. Completely on time, with no hiccups. Responsive, efficient and prompt service. Don't go anywhere else!
